Concept

Levels 1 and 2 (retail and office)

Flora is a boutique plant store for people who want to get into gardening or simply want to add some life to their home with windowsill-sized plants and planters. The design is inspired by artist and florist Felisa Funes, who designs whimsical flower arrangements for weddings and events. In Roman mythology, Flora is the goddess of flowers and spring, and the beauty of spring is brought into the design through the use of natural materials and earth tones.

Level 3 (residential)

The design for Marcia and Oliver’s residence reflects their social city lifestyle. The contemporary twist on traditional design creates an elegant space. Intricate details are juxtaposed against the rich gold and dark accents that add interest and dynamic movement to the design. The space allows for room to grow and is perfect for hosting guests.
